What we collect
We collect your name and email when you create an account, ask for a quotation, register for a lab session, or send the contact form. We also keep the message you write: the topic, the audience, and what you say you want.
Why we keep it
We use it to answer you, to hold a seat, and so a facilitator can email a session link after you register. We use an account to know it is you when you sign in. We do not sell personal data. We do not buy contact lists.
How long
We keep a quotation, a contact note, or a lab request while we still need it to reply or to run the session. An account stays until you ask us to close it. When you ask for deletion, we remove the name, email, and request tied to that address.
Courses and certificates
Self-paced courses are free to study. A certificate is paid. Asking for a certificate or for company work creates a request we keep until it is answered or you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and storage
The browser stores your theme, your language, and, if you sign in, a session token. Details are on the cookies page. These values are not sold.
Ask for a change or deletion
Use the contact form. Say the email you used and whether you want a correction or a deletion. We do not publish a phone number on this site.
